All prices quoted on this website are calculated on the basis of a collection or drop off address within a ten mile radius of Cranfield.  Any journey commencing or terminating outside of this radius will be charged accordingly. Please contact us for a quotation.

Our airport meet & greet service includes thirty minutes waiting from the flight arrival time.  Extra waiting time will be charged at £18.00 per hour pro rata and parking costs will be charged at airport rates.  Alternatively you may prefer our kerb side option, simply text or call your driver when you have collected your luggage and you will be met outside the terminal building.

Wait and return journeys will be charged at 100% rate for the outbound journey and 25% for the return plus any waiting and parking charges.

Any journey entering a congestion zone will be charged accordingly.  This also applies to any toll charges that may be incurred.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Maestro.  Credit card transactions are subject to a handling fee of 5%.  Payments made using a debit card are free of charge.  Cash payment can be made direct to your driver, we regret that we no longer accept payment by cheque from non account customers.

SODEN Executive Travel will make every effort to meet all the times and locations agreed but cannot be held responsible in any way for unforeseen delays, missed connections or appointments of any kind.  We will always advise on journey times but the ultimate decision is the responsibility of the client.

We will always endeavour to accommodate for early or late flight arrivals, however for operational reasons this may not always be possible. Therefore in the case of a significant time change we reserve the right to appoint a carefully selected alternative company to carry out the appointment and wherever possible in a comparable class of vehicle.
